Black Sesame Sweet Soup 簡易芝麻糊
This is one of my favourite Chinese sweet soup, especially in winter, it is heaven to just have a bowl of warm sweet soup.
This black sesame seed is very nutritious, it can help to burn fat, improve blood pressure, balance hormones etc. So ladies, don’t miss it. If you have a powerful blender, this is a no-fuss recipe for you. Simple blend the black sesame seeds very finely, then just cook it and you can have a bowl of comforting and delicious sweet soup.
冬天最喜歡喝熱騰騰的糖水,暖胃又滿足!芝麻糊是我非常喜歡的中式糖水,每次去糖水鋪都必點。總覺得做芝麻糊很煩複,但如果你有一部馬力大的攪拌機,就可簡化步驟,不用隔渣,好方便!
黑芝麻營養價值豐富,有滋補、烏髮、通便、解毒等效果,特別女仕們不要錯過!做法簡單,還可加入湯圓,冷凍享用都同樣美味!
Soak rice in water for at least 6 hours, or overnight. Then drain well.
Toast the black and white sesame seeds in a pan at medium-low heat (do not add any oil), toast until the white sesame seeds change to golden colour. Set aside and let it cool completely.
Put black and white sesame seeds, rice and 500 ml water in a blender, blend until really fine. Pour the mixture into a pot, add in the rest water and sugar. Cook on medium heat, keep stirring until it thickened. Enjoy!
用水浸白米最少六個小時 (最好浸過夜)
用水沖洗黑、白芝麻,瀝乾水份,然後放入鍋內(不用加油),用中火炒芝麻至白芝麻變少許金黃色,待涼備用。
將黑、白芝麻和白米(澀乾水份)放入食物處理器內,加入500毫升水,打發至幼滑 (如你的食物處理器馬力不夠大,芝麻會磨得不夠幼細,可用篩或布袋過濾或打發長一點時間)。
將芝麻糊、餘下的300毫升水和糖放入煲內,用中小火煮至濃稠即可 ,期間要不停攪拌(如太甜或太濃稠,可加水)
- 40gram rice
- 30 gram white sesame seeds
- 90 gram black sesame seeds
- 800 ml water
- 80 gram sugar/ rock sugar
- 材料:
- 白米 40克
- 白芝麻 30克
- 黑芝麻 90克
- 水 800毫升
- 砂糖/冰糖80克
