Black Sesame Crisps 芝麻脆餅
I been making a lot ice-cream / gelato these days, (don’t judge me! ) so I have too much egg whites left in the fridge. Beside making meringues, this time I make these egg white sesame crisps.
They are so easy to make, with all ingredients on hands. You can make it plain but I prefer to add black sesame seeds in it. It gives extra flavour and texture. They are very delicious! Don’t waste your egg white and make these cookies!
近來做了很多雪糕,只需要蛋黃,所以家裡有很多蛋白。除了做蛋白脆餅外,這次我就做蛋白餅乾。做法和材料都非常簡單,超美味!
可以做原味,或加入可可粉做巧克力口味。我就加了黑芝麻,更香更有口感。如果你家裡都有大量蛋白,一定要試試!
In a bowl, beat the egg whites, then add in vegetable oil, sugar and flour, mix well. Then add in black sesame seeds, mix well.
Add the batter into piping bag, then pipe it on the lined baking sheet.
Pop in preheated oven at 150C, bake for 15-18 minutes. Enjoy!
將蛋白輕輕打散,然後加入菜油、糖、麵粉,拌勻。然後加入黑芝麻,拌勻。
將麵糊倒入擠袋內,擠出想要的形狀。
放入已預熱150C焗爐,焗約15-18分鐘即成!
- 140 g Egg Whites 蛋白
- 50 ml Vegetable Oil 菜油
- 70 g Plain Flour 中筋麵粉
- 45 g Sugar 糖
- 35 g Black Sesame Seeds 黑芝麻
