Black Pepper Chicken with Quinoa 黑椒彩椒雞柳伴藜麥
Who love Quinoa? I been having Quinoa for few years now, and I absolutely love it! Beside all the health benefit of Quinoa, the texture is so fluffy and chewy. Very easy to fill you up with small portion.
I love to make quinoa for Mr P, usually with salad or some hot dishes. This is one of my favourite, bell pepper and chicken with black pepper sauce. Very easy to make, healthy and delicious, perfect for meal-pre and lunch box!
近來非常流行的超級食物-藜麥Quinoa,營養豐富,膳食纖維高,低脂、低熱量且不含膽固醇。煮法非常簡單,口感豐富,可以用來代替米飯。
為了健康,我每天都會給Mr P準備便當,外國人的午餐很簡單,三文治、沙律就可以,所以我做的都是非常簡單但又有營養的食物。最喜歡煮藜麥,實在太容易,配沙律或做熱食都同樣方便。這個黑椒彩椒雞柳是我每星期都必定會做的,青紅椒和雞肉,加藜麥,健康又飽肚,簡單美味又健康!

For the quinoa, rinse the quinoa under water for 2 minutes, drain well. (*this can reduce the bitterness of quinoa.) Bring 200ml water to boil, add in quinoa, season with some salt or chicken powder. Bring it to boil, then simmer for 15 minutes. Remove from heat, let it stand for 5 minutes.
Then use a fork to fluff the quinoa gently.
藜麥:先用水沖洗藜麥,然後瀝乾水份。煮沸200毫升水,加入藜麥,下少許鹽或雞粉,煮沸後,轉小火煮15分鐘。離火,再靜置5分鐘。用叉將藜麥弄散即可。
Cut the chicken into bite-size pieces, use some soy sauce, salt and sugar to marinate chicken for 20 minutes. Add oil in hot pan, cook the chicken until golden.
Then add in bell pepper, season with salt and pepper. Add little bit water, cook for two minutes or the pepper is slight soften. Enjoy!
將雞肉切件,用少許醬油、鹽和糖醃雞肉20分鐘。熱鑊下油,煎雞肉至兩面金黃色。
然後下彩椒,下鹽和黑胡椒調味,炒兩分鐘或至彩椒軟身即成! (可加點水)

- 1/2 green bell pepper
- 100 g quinoa
- 300 克 雞肉
- 1/2 個 紅椒
- 1/2 個 青椒
- 100 克 藜麥
