Black Glutinous Rice with Coconut Milk 椰汁紫米露
Classic sweet soup with black glutinous rice and coconut milk, lovely warm purple sweet soup perfect for dessert.
I always like to order this sweet soup when in dessert shop, chewy glutinous rice with lovely purple colour, very delicious. It is so easy to make it at home, simple ingredients and you will have a large pot of goodness in an hour.
到糖水鋪經常會點的糖水,紫米就是黑糯米,有淡淡的紫色,再加椰漿,非常美味!
做法超簡單,煮一大煲,熱騰騰,冬天一家人一起享用,大滿足~
Soak the black glutinous rice in 1200ml water for 30 minutes.
Bring the water (which soak with the glutinous rice) to boil, then add in black glutinous rice. Let it to boil, then turn to low heat and cook for 30-35 minutes.
Then add in coconut milk and sugar, mix well and let the sugar dissolved. Then it is done!
用1200毫升開水浸黑糯米半小時,然後將步驟一的水放入煲內,用中火煮沸,再加入黑糯米,煮沸後轉小火,煮約35-40分鐘 (間中攪拌一下免燒焦)
再加椰漿/椰奶和片糖,煮至糖完全溶化即成。
- 200 gram black glutinous rice
- 1200 ml water
- 400 ml coconut milk
- 1.5-2 pieces brown sugar

- 黑糯米 200克
- 水 1200毫升
- 椰漿/椰奶 400毫升
- 片糖 1.5 -2片
