Beef Fried Rice 生炒牛肉飯
A classic Hong Kong-style fried rice, with minced beef, cabbage and eggs. You can easily cook at home in 15 minutes, faster and better than takeaway!
This is one of my favourite fried rice, when I was in high school, during lunch time, I always love to have it in local restaurants. It is one of the fried rice that doesn’t has loooot of ingredient but it is just so delicious!
Of course you can add any kind of meat and veggi, fried rice is all about creativity and comfort! Enjoy!
經典炒飯之一生炒牛肉飯,中學時期經常在茶餐廳吃的午餐!有天突然很想吃,就自己炒囉~簡單加入免治牛肉,生菜絲一起炒,每粒飯都沾有蛋,金黃彈牙,開胃又美味!
材料超簡單,15分鐘搞定,簡單又好味!有茶餐廳水準的,哈哈!
Marinate the minced beef for 30 minutes. Heat oil in hot wok, cook the minced beef and minced ginger, drain the oil and set aside.
Add little bit more oil in wok, cook the beaten eggs for few seconds till half cooked, then add in rice. Cook for 2 minutes, keep stirring.
Then add in minced beef, season with salt, pepper and soy sauce. Cook for one more minute, then add cabbage. Cook until the cabbage sofened, then is done!
- 2 -3 bowls cooked rice
- 200 gram minced beef
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- cabbage, shredded
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon corn starch
- 1 tablespoon water
- 材料:
- 白飯 -2-3碗
- 免治牛肉 -200克
- 薑蓉 -1茶匙
- 雞蛋 -2隻
- 生菜(切絲)- 適量
- 醃料:
- 生抽 -1湯匙
- 糖 -1茶匙
- 粟粉 -1茶匙
- 水 - 1湯匙
