Basic Cupcakes 簡單杯子蛋糕
I remember the first cake I baked was my mum taught me, we made the mini cupcakes at home. Cupcakes are such a good and fun cake, they are so easy to bake and the decoration of the cupcakes are endless.
During the quarantine time, bake cupcakes with your kids, let them decorate, it is so much fun! We all need something sweet to brighten our days.
又到非常簡單、基本的杯子蛋糕。在店鋪賣的Cupcake 全都非常漂亮吸睛,當然價錢也不便宜。自己在家做其實非常簡單,花點心思裝飾一下,超有成功感。
抗疫期間留在家,跟小朋友一起做也不錯,簡單又好味!
Cream the butter and sugar for one minute. Then add in eggs, mix well.
Sift in flour, salt and baking powder. Then add in milk, mix until well combined.
Pour the batter into lined baking tin, pop in preheated oven at 170C, bake for 18 to 20 minutes. (Pay attention during 18 minute)

用電動打蛋器打發牛油和糖(一分鐘)然後加入雞蛋,拌勻。再篩入麵粉、泡打粉,再加入牛奶,拌勻
倒入蛋糕模內,放入已預熱170度C焗爐,焗約18-20分鐘即成 (*18分鐘時開始留意)
*這個食譜可做約8個蛋糕
- 110 g unsalted butter
- 115 g sugar
- 2 eggs
- 110 g all-purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 30 ml milk
- 1/8 tsp salt
