Banana Walnut Bread 香蕉核桃蛋糕
During the quarantine, banana bread is the most popular bake on internet. Everyone has too ripe bananas at home and what is the best way to use it? BANANA BREAD!
They are so easy to make, even you are new to baking, I am sure you can make it. Banana bread/ cake, full of buttery and banana favour, add some walnuts and make it more tasty. This is the best recipe that I use, try and hope you enjoy it!
疫情關係,很多人都在家烘焙,而網絡上大家最常做的就是香蕉蛋糕Banana Bread。因為家裡又太多過熟的香蕉,而做法實在太簡單。
這個是我改良的配方,加了核桃,令蛋糕更有口感。充滿香蕉和牛油香,鬆軟好味!加了香蕉和核桃,感覺更健康,熟透的香蕉非常甜,可減少用糖,新手都一定做到。
Cream the butter and sugar until pale, then add in egg and mashed banana. Mix well.
Sift in flour, baking soda and salt, mix well. Then in chopped walnut (Bake in 160C oven for 10 minutes)
Pour the batter in lined baking tin, add some walnut on top. Pop in preheated oven at 180C, bake for about 55 minutes to 1 hour, or until the cake is fully cooked.
*The loaf tin I used is 4.5 x 8.5 inches
*If your banana not ripe enough, pop the banana(with skin on) in 150C oven, bake for about 15-25 minutes(depends how ripe your bananas are)
用電動打蛋器打發奶油和糖,然後加入雞蛋和香蕉泥(將香蕉用叉壓成泥),拌勻
篩入麵粉、梳打粉和鹽,拌勻,再加入核桃(*放入160度C焗爐,焗10分鐘)
將蛋糕糊倒入烤模內,可在上面加點核桃,放入已預熱180度C焗爐,焗約55分鐘至一小時, 或至蛋糕全熟即成!
*我用的烤盤是 8.5 x 4.5吋
*如果香蕉不夠熟,可將香蕉(連皮)放入150度C焗爐,焗約15-25分鐘(要看你香蕉本的熟的程度)
