Banana Bread 香蕉蛋糕
Very simple but super delicious banana bread, perfect for afternoon tea. This banana bread is very light, moist and full of flavour, the natural sweetness from the banana just make it even better!
This is the best way to use the ripe bananas (by the way, why they always ripe so quickly?!) The natural sweetness come from the bananas can reduce the use of suagr, healtheir Yay!

這個香蕉蛋糕,英文是Banana Bread, 但其實是蛋糕來的。用熟透的香蕉來做蛋糕,可增加甜味,減少用糖。非常濕潤鬆軟,充滿香蕉味。當下午茶點,超美味呢!
做法簡單,一步一步跟著做,新手也可輕鬆做到~
Mash the ripe bananas with a fork, set aside.
Cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy, then add in eggs, mix well. Sift in flour and baking powder, mix until well combined.
Add in the mashed bananas, pour the batter into a loaf tin. Pop in preheated 180C oven, bake for about 30 minutes or cook completely.
Let the cake cool in the tin for about 10 minutes, then transfer to wire rack and let it cool completely.
將已熟透的香蕉用叉壓爛。先用電動打蛋器打發無鹽牛油至淡黃色,然後下糖拌勻。加入雞蛋拌勻,然後篩入麵粉和泡打粉,拌勻。
再加入香蕉拌勻,將麵糊倒入蛋糕烤模內,放入已預熱180度焗爐,焗約30分鐘或至蛋糕全熟。讓蛋糕在烤模內待涼10分鐘,然後脫模即成~
- 2 bananas
- 140 gram unsalted butter
- 120 gram sugar
- 2 eggs
- 150 gram plain flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

- 中筋粉 150克
- 泡打粉 1 1/2茶匙
