Baked Bolognese Spaghetti 芝士焗肉醬意粉
One of my favourite pasta dishes to cook, very classic and hearty bolognese sauce with any kind of pasta. I love to cook more sauce and keep some in freezer, whenever I want to eat, just reheat the sauce and mix with pasta. Very delicious and you can’t go wrong with it.
When I crave for cheese that day, I will put cheese on the pasta and bake for 10 minutes. Golden and crispy top, melting cheese inside, it is just perfect mix with this delicious pasta.
最喜歡煮意少,15分鐘就做到,經常是我的快速午餐。蕃茄肉醬有蔬菜又有肉,酸甜開胃,在意粉上加芝士碎,焗後表面金黃香脆,內裡是半溶化的芝士,令平凡的意粉變得更滋味!
Add oil in a hot pan, cook the onion until soften, then add in carrot and minced beef. Season with salt and pepper.
Add canned tomatoes, tomato paste, bay leaves and oregano. Bring it to boil then let it simmer for 20 minutes.
Put the cooked pasta in a baking dish, sprinkle with cheese. Pop in preheated oven at 200C for about 10 minutes, or until the top is golden.
燒熱鑊後下油,先炒洋蔥至軟身,再加入紅蘿蔔。加入免治牛肉,煮至肉變色,下鹽和黑胡椒粉調味。
加蕃茄粒、茄膏、月桂葉和牛至粉,煮沸後轉小火,煮20分鐘。
將已煮熟的意粉 (少煮一至兩分鐘),瀝乾水份,放在焗盤內,再淋上醬汁。
灑上芝士碎,放入已預熱200度C焗爐,焗約10分鐘至表面金黃色即成!
- 150 gram spaghetti
- 300 gram beef, minced
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 1/2 carrot, chopped
- 400 gram tomato, chopped
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1/4 teaspoon oregano
- 2 bay leaves
