Apple Muffins 蘋果鬆餅

This time I make the apple favour, it is a bit sour, very refreshing and delicious. The apple can make the muffins moister. Perfect for breakfast and snack!

Mix flour, sugar, baking powder and cinnamon powder together.
In another bowl, mix egg, milk and vegetable oil together.
Pour the wet ingredients into dry ingredients, mix well.
Add in grated apple (and you can add raisins) into a batter. Pour the batter into lined muffin tins, pop in preheated oven at 180C, bake for about 25 minutes.
*This recipe can make 6 muffins
將麵粉、砂糖、泡打粉和肉桂粉拌勻。
在另一碗內,將雞蛋、牛奶和蔬菜油拌勻。
將步驟二的濕材料倒入步驟一的麵粉內,拌勻。
再加入蘋果(刨絲),(也可加入葡萄乾)在麵糊內,將麵糊放入鬆餅模內,放入已預熱180度C焗爐,焗約25分鐘即成!
- 130 g plain flour
- 50 g sugar
- 7 g baking powder
- 3 g cinnamon powder
- 80 ml milk
- 30 ml vegetable oil
- 1 egg
- 1 apple
- 40 g raisins
- 130 克 中筋麵粉
- 50 克 砂糖
- 7 克 泡打粉
- 3 克 肉桂粉
- 80 毫升 牛奶
- 30 毫升 蔬菜油
- 1 隻 雞蛋
- 1 個 蘋果
- 40 克 提子乾
