Apple Crumble Bites 蘋果金寶批

Apple crumble is always our family favourite dessert, simple ingredients turn out to be super comforting dessert. To be honest, crumble is my favourite part, so this crumble bites are perfect. Crispy and delicious crumble at the top and bottom, sweet apple in the middle . Perfect dessert for week night dessert or party!
傳統的英式甜點蘋果金寶apple crumble,很多朋友都喜歡,更是我家的最愛。簡單的金寶再配雪糕或custard享用,令人非常滿足的甜品。
這次做這個蘋果金寶批,兩層的金寶夾著蘋果,金黃香脆,焗後的蘋果更鮮甜,超美味!
Peel the apple, cut into thin slices, mix the apple slices with sugar and cinnamon powder. Then cook for 5 minutes under medium heat until softened.
For the crumble: Mix the flour, sugar and salt together, add in cubed butter , crumble everything. Add in egg, mix well.
Put half of the crumble into lined baking tin, press it. Put apple slices on top, then add in the rest crumble on top of it. Sprinkle with little bit sugar. Pop in preheated 180C oven, bake for 30-40 minutes or until golden.
Let it cool and cut into pieces.
將蘋果去皮,去芯,然後切薄片,將蘋果、糖和玉桂粉放入鑊內,用中火煮5分鐘至蘋果變軟,備用。
金寶crumble做法:將麵粉、糖、鹽和無鹽牛油(切小塊)放入大碗內,用手指擠碎牛油,然後與麵粉拌勻。再加入一隻雞蛋,拌勻。
在烤盤內鋪上烘焙紙,將一半的金寶放入烤盤內,鋪平、壓實。鋪上蘋果片, 然後再鋪上餘下的金實,可在上面灑少許糖。放入已預熱180度C焗爐,焗約30-40分鐘至表面金黃色。待涼後,切件享用!
- 2 apples
- 80 gram sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon powder

- 300 gram plain flour
- 120 gram sugar
- 85 gram unsalted butter
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
