Almond Puff Pastry Fingers 簡易杏仁酥條
Have you try this almond puff pasty fingers before? It used to be very popular in traditional Hong Kong bakery. They are so fluffy and so delicious, every time I have to finish at least half the bag! It is not easy to find in bakery these days, but it is super easy to make it at home.
Only need few ingredients, store-bought puff pastry (for sure!) and egg whites, icing sugar and almond flakes. Of course you can make your own puff pastry, but I don’t have the time nor patience to make it myself. Hope you will enjoy this recipe!

Mix the egg white and icing sugar together into paste
Brush the egg white paste evenly on the puff pastry.Put the almond flakes on top of the puff pastry, press it

Pop in preheated oven at 180C, bake for 15-18 minutes or until golden
