Almond Jelly 杏仁豆腐
When I was kid, every time we went to Chinese restaurant to have dim sum, I always looking forward to have the dessert. Almond Jelly is one of my favourite! They served with a bowl of canned mixed fruit with a cocktail umbrella on top. I don’t know why it called Almond Tofu in Chinese tho, maybe because it looks like tofu?!
Anyway, this classic dessert is so easy to make and it is perfect to serve at party!
傳統又簡單的甜品 – 杏仁豆腐,香滑像豆腐般,有淡淡的杏仁味。再配罐頭雜果享用,就成經典又美味的甜品。
做法超簡單,新手都做到的甜品!
Use 50ml water mix with the gelatine, mix well. Add the rest of the water and milk in a saucepan, bring it to simmer then add in sugar. Cook until sugar dissolved then add in gelatine and almond extract.
Pour into a container, let it cool then chill in fridge for at least 4 hours. Cut into small pieces and serve with canned mixed fruit.
用50毫升水與魚膠粉拌勻,備用。將餘下的水和牛奶放入煲內,煮熱後下糖,煮至糖溶化,再加入魚膠粉溶液和杏仁香精拌勻。
倒入容器內,待涼後放入雪櫃最少4個小時或凝固。將杏仁豆腐切小塊,再佐罐頭雜果享用!
- 26 g gelatine
- 300 ml water
- 200 ml milk
- 80 g sugar
- 2 tsp almond extract
- 1 can mixed fruit
- 26 克 魚膠粉
- 300 毫升 水
- 200 毫升 牛奶
- 80 克 糖
- 2 茶匙 杏仁香精
- 1 罐 雜果
