2-Ingredient Bagels 兩種材料貝果
Yes!!! It is only 2-ingredient recipe ! This recipe has been on internet for a while, to be honest, I am a bit skeptical about the idea. How can it be?!
After I try, I am a bit surprised. Yes, I will not say it is real bagels, but with the little time, effort and ingredients. This is really not a bad result! Plus it is very high protein (I use greek yogurt, but yogurt is fine too) , easy quick bread, perfect with smoked salmon or butter. Try and see if you like it!

無錯,真的是兩種材料就做到的貝果!這個食譜在網上流傳了好陣子,我一直覺得不太可能吧。終於試了,我不會說這跟真貝果一樣,但只需兩種材料就做到,不用發酵,加上是高蛋白質,真的值得一試!快速、簡單的麵包,跟煙三文魚或牛油都超配。大家又做做試試!

Mix self-raising flour and yogurt together (I use greek yogurt for higher protein, you can also use normal yogurt, just add a bit more flour) I also add some salt to have better taste.
Form a dough (add more flour if the dough is too wet to handle). Divide into 4 pieces.
Roll into ball and make a hole in the middle. Place on lined baking sheet, brush some egg wash, sprinkle some sesame seeds or poppy seeds.
Pop in preheated oven at 190C, bake for 20-25 minutes. Enjoy!
*If you don’t have self-raising flour, you can use 238g plain flour + 12g Baking powder
在大碗內將自發粉和乳酪拌勻 (我用希臘乳酪,用普通乳酪也可,但要加多點麵粉) 加點鹽調味
搓成麵糰,如麵糰較濕,則加點麵粉。將麵糰分成4份。
將麵糰搓圓,再在中間弄一個洞。放在鋪有烘焙紙的烤盤上,塗一層蛋液,再灑上芝麻。
放入已預熱190度焗爐,焗約20-25分鐘即成!
*如果沒有自發粉,可用238克中筋麵粉再加12克泡打粉
