Very Fluffy American Pancakes 超鬆軟美式鬆餅
These are the best pancakes ever!!! Very light and fluffy, nothing better than having a stack of pancakes to start a day! Delicious!!!
I have to admit, I have been trying to make pancakes for few years, I fail EVERY SINGLE TIME! They are too hard, too soft, too flat, not cooked….I have no idea why I cannot make decent pancakes.
But one day, I think I shouldn’t give up and being beaten by these little things. I did it again and I made it well! (Ah! proud moment) These pancakes look adorable, with decend height, very light and fluffy, it is just perfect! Gather my experience, I think the batter should be thick enough for the pancake to stand in a pan without flatten too much. Also, do not overmix is the key!
一朝早來個超豐富的早餐,經典美式鬆餅,美味又滿足!美式鬆餅較厚身,鬆餅超鬆軟,簡單塗牛油+轉化糖漿golden syrup,再加上水果,就像餐廳吃的一般!

In a large bowl, sift in flour, baking powder, salt and sugar. Then add in beaten egg, milk and melted butter. Mix until combined, do not overmix it.
在大碗內先篩入麵粉,泡粉,鹽及糖,拌勻。然後加入雞蛋,牛奶及溶化牛油拌勻 (*不要過份攪拌,拌勻至沒有粉粒即可)
Heat a non-stick frying pan on medium heat, add ladle of batter into a pan. When there are bubbles on the surface, flip the pancake and cook for about a minute.
平底鑊燒熱後,下麵糊,攤成圓餅狀,用中小火煎至表面有氣泡出現,然後翻面 (*用不沾鍋可不用下油煎,如想鬆餅有高度,下麵糊時不要攤太平)繼續煎約一分鐘即可~
Place the cooked pancakes in low heat oven to keep warm. Continue to cook the rest of the batter. Enjoy!
- 140 gram plain flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 egg
- 135ml milk
- 30 gram butter, melted

- 中筋麵粉 -140克
- 泡打粉 -1茶匙
- 鹽 -1/2茶匙
- 糖 -2湯匙
- 雞蛋 -1隻
- 牛奶 -135毫升
- 溶化牛油 -30克
