Strawberry & Banana Smoothie 草莓香蕉奶昔
Very delicious, nutritious, refreshing, low calorie and low fat smoothie. Great combination of strawberries and banana, such an amazing summer flavour. Super easy to make and let’s get healthier!
While everyone love having ice-cream milkshake in hot summer, smoothie also can be very yummy and delicious. Not alone is low FAT, low CALORIE, that is tempting! The best thing about making smoothie is…the recipe is just like no-recipe! Yes, you can use whatever fruit you like, any combination, then just add some yogurt, some milk, some almond milk if you desire. Just anything make you happy, this is the point!
The combination of strawberries and banana is just great, the color turn out to be very lovely pink. Banana in smoothie can give it a thicker texture, add some honey if you want sweeter. I alway have this healthy drink in the morning, great way to start a day!

Put the banana in freezer for 15 minutes, then cut into small pieces. Cut the strawberries into small piecea. Put all the ingredients in the blender or food processor to blend well. You can also add some honey to make to sweeter.
將香蕉放入冰箱15分鐘,去皮切小塊。將草莓洗淨,去蒂頭,切小塊。將所有材料放入攪拌機,攪拌均勻即可。如不夠甜,也可加點蜂蜜。

- 8 strawberries
- 3 tablespoons yogurt
