Stir-Fry Beef with Peppers 黑椒牛柳炒彩椒
Classic, homey and healthy stir-fry dish, beef with bell peppers and black pepper seasoning. Quick and easy stir-fry in 15 minutes, simple yet delicious. Perfect with a bowl of rice on week nights.
Stir-fry is one of my favourite dish to cook, it is so easy and quick. A dish with vegetable and meat, with a big bowl of rice, you can feed your family!
This dish just simply season with salt and pepper, no extra sauce needed. Come on, 15 minutes, faster than you order takeaway!
這是一道非常簡單又開胃的家常菜,簡簡單單,快炒就搞定。最喜歡快炒,省時方便,有菜有肉,又好下飯。最適合忙碌一天後的快捷家常菜。
用牛柳炒三色彩椒,加上黑胡椒粉,色彩繽紛,健康又開胃。只需15分鐘就可上桌,也可省略黑胡椒,大人小孩都喜歡的家常菜~
Cut the beef into long strips, then marinate the beef for 20 minutes with some soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of water and some sugar.
將牛肉切長條,用少許生抽,糖及一湯匙水醃牛肉20分鐘。
Add oil in hot wok, cook the beef until browned, transfer to a plate and set aside.
熱鑊下油,先快炒牛肉至變色,盛起備用。Add onion in a wok, cook for a minute. Then add the bell peppers, stir fry for few minutes until soften. Pop the beef back to the wok, season with salt and pepper. Stir well, done!
原鑊下洋蔥炒一分鐘,然後下彩椒,加少許水,快炒。下牛肉回鑊內,下鹽及黑胡椒粉調味,快炒拌勻即成!
- 300 gram beef
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1/2 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1/2 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1/2 yellow bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 材料:
- 牛肉- 300克
- 洋蔥- 1個
- 紅椒- 半個
- 黃椒- 半個
- 青椒- 半個

- Pop the beef back to the wok, season with salt and pepper. Stir well, done!
