I have to admit, this is not authentic dan dan noodlss recipe, BUT, is one of the easiest and it just taste soooooooo delicious. The recipe is so easy, ingredients are so somple, it takes only 20 minutes to cook. So, less effort with yummy food, I am in!
In UK, it is not easy to always find the authentic restaurants near our home. So I always like to invent or mix and match all these recipes, to make my own perfect recipe for the food that not easy to find here. This is one of the most great success recipes that I love. 很多人都喜歡吃擔擔麵,香辣開胃又美味!我這個絕對不是什麼正宗食譜,但味道很相似,做法卻又簡單十倍。所以喜歡擔擔麵的你們,也可在家輕鬆做。
材料及方法都很簡單,20分鐘做到,材料也很簡單,可隨自己喜歡加減辣度,一大碗超滿足的!必定要試喔!
Bring a pot of hot water to boil, cook the noodles then drain well. Mix all the seasoning together.
先用沸水煮麵條,然後用開水沖麵條,瀝乾水份備用。將所有調味料拌勻備用。
Heat oil in hot pan, then cook the minced garlic, ginger and pork together till the meat change color. Then add all the seasoning and chicken stock, bring it to boil, then turn to low heat and cook for 5 more minutes.
熱鑊後下油,先爆香蒜蓉及薑蓉,然後下肉碎,炒至完全分散,炒三分鐘。然後下雞湯(熱水也可)及調味料,用中火煮沸後,然後轉小火煮5分鐘。
Place the noodles in a bowl, then pour the spicy soup and minced meat in a bowl. Add chopped peanuts and sprinkle with spring onion. Enjoy!
將麵條放入碗內,然後倒入湯汁及肉碎。最後灑上蔥花及花生碎即成!
- 300 gram noodles
- 150 gram minced pork
- 2 teaspoon minced garlic
- 2 teaspoon minced ginger
- 800 ml chicken stock
- spring onion, chopped
- peanuts, chopped
- 1 tablespoon spicy bean sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teapsoon sugar
- 1 teapsoon vinegar
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons sesame sauce
- 1 - 2 tablespoons chili oil
- 4 tablespoons water
- 材料:
- 麵條 -300克
- 肉碎 -150克
- 蒜蓉 -2茶匙
- 薑蓉 -2茶匙
- 雞湯 -800毫升
- 蔥花 -適量
- 花生碎 -適量
- 調味料:
- 豆瓣醬 -1湯匙
- 生抽 -2湯匙
- 麻油 -1湯匙
- 白醋 -1茶匙
- 糖 -1茶匙
- 芝麻醬 -2湯匙
- 花生醬 -2湯匙
- 辣椒油 -1 -2湯匙
- 水 -4湯匙
