Penne with Zucchini and Cherry Tomatoes 蔬菜長通粉

This is my summer favourite pasta, with the seasonal zucchini, cherry tomatoes and basil, look, the color is just gorgeous! The taste of fresh ingredients, without any cheese, the juice from the tomatoes and make it a great saice. Healthier and lighter, suitable for anyone who need to on diet or need a light lunch or dinner.
It takes only 15 minutes to make, quick, simple and delicious! Just love it!
夏天可以試煮這個美味,健康低卡的長通粉。沒有香濃的醬汁,不用芝士,較清爽開胃。只用簡單的翠玉瓜zucchini,蕃茄及羅勒,顏色也非常吸晴,做法超簡單,只需15分鐘,絕對是夏日健康低卡之選!
Bring a large pot of salted water to boil, cook the penne and drain well. Heat the olive oil and garlic in a pan, on low heat for 3 minutes. Then add the zucchini, cook on medium heat for 5 minutes or until soften.
煮一煲水,下一茶匙鹽,煮長通粉,瀝乾水份備用。下橄欖油及蒜片,用小火煮3分鐘,然後下翠玉瓜,用中火煮5分鐘。
Then add in cherry tomatoes, season with salt and pepper, cook for 3 more minutes. Add 50 ml pasta watet, penne and basil , toss well. And it is done!
再加車厘茄,下鹽及黑胡椒粉調味,煮3分鐘。再下50毫升水,至長通粉及羅勒拌勻即成!
- 150 gram penne
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 zucchini, chopped
- 300 gram cherry tomatoes, halved
- basil

- 長通粉 -150出
- 蒜頭 -2瓣
- 翠玉瓜 -2條
- 車厘茄 -300克
- 羅勒 -適量
