This oven baked crispy French fries are soooo crispy and delicious, oven baked is healthier, less oil but still can be crispy. Add the spices you like, make it salty or spicy, whatever you like. You will love it!

Oven Baked Crispy French Fries

I never fry fries at home, cause it seems so much to do, double-fry, triple-fry in order to make it crispy. Hmm..I don’t have the patience. So this oven baked fries just amazing! U just have to put the fries in oven, after 45 minutes you will have crispy, hot , fresh and delicious fries.

Very very simple to make, add whatever spices you like, I love paprika, garlic powder and chilli powder. The tricks to make crispy fries are, cut the fries not too thick, and turn the temperature higher for the second “baked”. Oven baked is so much healthier, great snack for kids and adults. Enjoy!

很多大人小孩都喜歡吃薯條,但炸薯條多油,高熱量不健康!可試試在家自己做這個健康烤薯條,可加自己喜歡的調味,或只用鹽及胡椒粉已很美味。

薯條要烤得酥脆,秘訣是薯條不要切得太厚,及烤30分鐘後再將溫度提升。烤的薯條同樣酥脆可口,更健康更低負擔,是大人小孩的健康小吃!

Oven Baked Crispy French Fries

Peel and wash the potatoes, cut into 1/4 inch thick strips. Soak in water for 30 minutes, then dry it with paper towel. Drizzle olive oil, add salt , pepper and the spice you like, toss well. 

先將馬鈴薯洗淨去皮,切成1/4吋粗長條,用開水浸30分鐘。再用廚紙吸乾水份,下橄欖油及調味料拌勻,將薯條放在鋪有烘焙紙的烤盤上,不要重疊。Oven Baked Crispy French FriesPlace the fries on lined baking sheet, do not overlapped. Bake in preheated oven at 200C for 30 minutes. Flip the fries every 15 minutes. After  30 minutes, turn the temperature up to 220C, bake the fries for 10 to 15 minutes further, or until the edges get a bit brown. 

放入已預熱200度焗爐,焗30分鐘,每15分鐘反轉薯條另一面再焗。然後將溫度調高至220度,再焗10至15分鐘,至邊緣有焦色即成!

Ingredients
  1. 2 - 3 potatoes
  2. 1 tablespoon olive oil
  3. 1 teaspoon salt
  4. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  5. 1/4 chilli powder (optional)
  6. 材料:

  11. 辣椒粉 -1/4 茶匙 (可省略)
