Frozen Chocolate Bananas 脆皮巧克力香蕉冰棒
Frozen banana covered with chocolate, topped with nuts or any decoration, so simple, so cold and delicious! Great snack for summer, party food on the way!
It is so hot out there, time to eat so ice-cream, popsicles and anything frozen. Try to make something with fruit, so is relatively healthier haha.
Bananas with chocolate this unbeatable combination, with a popiscle shape, kids will love it! You can also make this with kids, it will be so much fun (and mess haha). Great summer snack ever! You can also try to make with other fruit like kiwi, apples, strawberries….will be nice!
夏天最好是吃冰冰涼涼的甜點,這個是超超超簡單又美味的小食!材料就只有三種,將香蕉沾滿巧克力,灑上果仁或糖,放入冰箱後,脆皮外層加冰凍香蕉,噢!作派對小食必定大受歡迎,大人小孩都喜歡!
Freeze the banans for 30 minutes before you start. Melt the chocolate and chop the nuts or prepare the toppings.
Cut the banana into half and insert a popsicle stick into each half. Dip in the chocolate then sprinkle with the nuts or toppings. Place on lined baking sheet with parchment paper, pop in freezer for about an hour and half before serve.
先將香蕉放入冰箱30分鐘,然後切開一半,插入雪條棒。將巧克力溶化,果仁必碎。將香蕉沾滿巧克力漿,然後灑上果仁。放在鋪有烘焙紙的烤盤上,放入冰箱一小時即成!
- 2 bananas
- 90 gram chooclate, melted
- nuts or topping of your choice
