Kimchi and Ham Cream Spaghetti 泡菜火腿忌廉意粉
Fusion pasta with asian ingredients, we always love to do that. Pasta is like noodles for us, so the Asian ingredients with pasta is always good. It is a little bit adventurous but it will surprise you…in a good way I hope!
Kimchi is sour, sweet and spicy, the flavour maybe a little bit strong. But add a little bit cream in it, the taste is lighter, creamy and delicious. I cant explain, it just works very well. You can add other ingredients you like, if you like kimichi, spicy food, do try this adventurous pasta!
我超喜歡泡菜,辣又有點酸酸甜甜,非常惹味!泡菜除了可作配菜,炒年糕,炒豬排等,也可試試煮意粉,來個中西合璧也不錯!配以忌廉,令味道更香濃更惹味!

Bring a large pot of salted water to boil, cook the spaghetti and drain well. Add oil in hot pan, cook the onion and ham for a minute, then add kimchi.
Add in 100ml of chicken stock, and cream, bring it to boil. Add spaghetti and two tablespoons of pasta water, if you want the sauce thinner, you can add more water. Toss well and sprinkle with parsley.
先煮滾一鍋水,下一茶匙鹽,煮意大利粉,瀝乾水份。熱鑊下油,先炒洋蔥及火腿一分鐘,然後下泡菜炒一炒。
加100毫升雞湯及忌廉,煮滾後,加意粉及兩湯匙煮麵水拌勻,灑上巴西里即成!
- 150 gram spaghetti
- 1/4 onion
- 100 gram ham
- 80 gram kimchi
- 60 ml cream
- 100 ml chicken stock
- 材料:
- 意粉 -150克
- 洋蔥 -1/4個
- 火腿 -100克
- 泡菜 -80克
- 淡忌廉 -60毫升
- 雞湯 -100毫升
