Coffee Marble Cake 咖啡大理石蛋糕
A lovely, buttery, moist and delicious loaf cake with a hint of coffee. With beautiful marble effect, it makes the cake looks so much nicer. Perfect for afternoon tea or any occasion!
Nothing better than having a slice of cake with a cup of tea. This is one of my favourite loaf cake, it is super easy to make and so delicious! I love the look of the marble effect, just simply mix different colour of batter, swirling and you will have the beautiful marble effect.

做法超簡單,新手也可輕鬆做到!作下午茶點,再配一杯熱茶,超讚!
Cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add in eggs and mix well. Sift in flour, baking powder, then add in milk and mix well.
Mix 1/3 cake batter with coffee. Brush the tin with butter, then put the batter into a cake tin by using a spoon, one spoon of yellow batter, one spoon of coffee batter. Then draw a knife through two mixtures, swirling, to marble them. Pop in preheated oven at 170C, bake for 50 to 60 minutes until cook completely.
先用打蛋器打發牛油至軟身,再下糖拌勻。下雞蛋拌勻後,再篩入麵粉和泡打粉,最後下牛奶徹底拌勻。
將三份之一的蛋糕糊與咖啡拌勻。在烤模內塗一層牛油,然後分次將兩種蛋糕糊倒入烤盤內,用刀在蛋糕糊內劃數圈,做出花紋。放入已預熱170度焗爐,焗約50至60分鐘即成!
*我用的是8 X 4吋的烤盤
- 170 gram unsalted butter
- 180 gram sugar
- 2 eggs
- 220 gram all-purpose flour
- 10 gram baking powder
- 100 ml milk
- 35 ml coffee
- 材料:

- 牛奶 100毫升
